• The above indicated prices include: electric current, gas, water, kitchen equipment (kitchen towels are not provided), TV in room, Hairdryer, air conditioning , parking, entertainment from 15/06 to 07/09, private beach with 1 umbrella, 1 Sunbeds on the beach and 1 deckchair for each apartment, bedlinen and towels

• Compulsory final cleaning: To be paid on arrival 50 € ( kitchen excluded); this cost includes the cleaning of apartment twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday); You must pay only in Residence

• Transfer: from Ricadi train station is gratis (on arrival and departure), from and to Tropea train station € 50 (return) per apartment, from and to Lamezia Terme Airport € 160 (return) per apartment, from and to Reggio Calabria Airport € 250 (return) per apartment

• Services:  pool, bar, mini market (50 meters away), Restaurant, Sat-TV, Newspapers, Internet WI-FI, coin-washing mashine, cycling-boat and canoe, Sightseeing trips, Diving School nearby, entertainment from 15/06 to 07/09

• On request: cot € 30 per week, additional parking € 35 per week, Beach towels Exchange/Person euro 2,00 

• Payment: 30% at the time of booking by bank transfer or credit card; the balance is to be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card

• Pets: On requests, small pets are allowed (to be indicated at the time of booking), but cannot enter the public areas of the holiday village; Final disinfection of the apartment € 30

All the apartments have safe, phone, Hairdryer, TV in room and conditioned air

The indicated number of beds in each typology of apartments is the maximum number of places allowed; babies are included in the maximum number of the places allowed

Cancellatios:

Up to 30 days prior to arrival; deposit refund with a 10% holding for expenses

From 29 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% deposit refund

From the 6th day prior to arrival to the date of arrival: payment of 50% of the entire stay

Notices of cancellation will be considered valid only if they are sent by registered post. The postmark will vouch for the terms and conditions
